Kris Rude
 Working at Prairie H.S. ball field
Top Left:  Kris Rude, a Ladco employee, works on duct work for the student built home, Prairie High School.  Kris Rude is a member of the Iowa National Guard.  His tenure as a sheet metal worker will be interrupted by service in Afghanistan.  Another union member, John Blaha, is also serving as an Iowa National Guardsman, and in 2010 was called to serve in Afghanistan.

Top Right and Right Side: 
Union members - Rod Banes, Dave Zubrod, Dave Tallier, and Nate Tallier (not pictured Jerry Hintz, Rick Becker, Gary Ulfers, and Randy Dicus) volunteered to put metal roofs on the Prairie High School baseball/softball dugouts. Volunteers also worked to improve the dug outs at Daniel's Park, in Cedar Rapids. Material provided by T&K Sheet Metal and Roofing.
